Pattern victorious

You may recall that I was bummed on Tuesday night when I had to bow out of the eBay war over a certain McCall's 5796. You will all be relieved to know that I found it, this very morning, posted on eBay as a "buy it now" for $3.50. Still a little steep for a pattern (I pride myself on paying 99 cents or less) but a bargain compared to the one I lost out on a few days ago.

It's amazing how "little things" like this can buoy one's mood in the midst of sick children and work deadlines (different sick child, same work deadlines).
